FUERD promises to provide die casting, machining and rubber products by process development and advanced product quality planning (APQP).

We use CMM measurement 1st article inspection, process inspections, and final inspections to control quality production line.

Our quality planning use the core tools – APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC to make sure production is capable of delivery of a quality part.

FUERD is certified for the International Standards System IATF16949 which means we continually align our producing quality and organization at the top levels.

We have the facilities to 3D scan and reverse engineer, with DMIS based DCC CMM technology allowing for rapid identification and mapping of all part characteristics. Also checking the part via x-ray, spectrometry, mechanical inspections using CMM, hardness testing, thread gauging, electronic document control, digital calipers & micrometers, lot traceability, process capability studies, gauge R&R studies and inspection accuracy to 0.00005″ (0.001mm).
